Recently, the research group, led by Prof. Zhang Zhangjing of College of Chemistry and Materials Science, has made new progress in the research on proton conduction MOFs-based resistive switching memory. The group replaced the traditional electron transport with ion transport, utilized the strategy of hydrogen proton transport commutation in the channels of MOFs under the action of different electric fields to implement resistive switching and rectifying effects in a single material simultaneously for the first time, and verified the mechanism of proton transport commutation under the action of the electric field through single crystal diffraction. The findings were published in Science Advances, a subject-specific journal of Science, in the form of the paper, entitled Simultaneous implementation of resistive switching and rectifying effects in a metal-organic framework with switched hydrogen bond pathway. [(2019) 5: Eaaw4515; DOI: 10.1126/sciadv.aaw4515, impact factor: 12.804]. The research results took Fujian Normal University as the first completion unit, with Prof. Zhang Zhangjing as the corresponding author.
