On November 18th, Fasli Jalal, President of Yarsi University (Indonesia), accompanied by Mr. Yudil Chatim and other members of his delegation, visited FNU. President Wang Changping met with the visiting delegation, and heads from the International Office and College of International Education participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, President Wang Changping introduced FNU’s recent development, discipline strengths, as well as the progress of its collaborations with foreign universities and research institutions. He hoped that both sides will use this opportunity to take solid steps to ensure the evaluation of their research teams’ collaborative projects and promote the establishment of further inter-university cooperation. Both parties agreed that the two universities should enhance mutual visits and exchanges, strengthen cooperative relationships, expand collaboration areas, and jointly promote the high-quality development of international talent cultivation.
After the meeting, Fasli Jalal and his delegation visited FNU’s history museum, science and engineering buildings, library, Soledad Building and other facilities.
