On April 12, Adriana De Manes, vice president of Accademia di Belle Arti di Napoli, and her delegation visited FNU. Chen Qinghua, vice president of FNU, met with the guests, and the heads of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, Graduate School, and College of Fine Arts also attended the meeting.
Chen Qinghua pointed out that since the approval of the Master of Fine Arts Education Program, jointly organized by FNU and Accademia di Belle Arti di Napoli, both sides have been working together to promote the smooth progress of the program, and that the first batch of students will be enrolled in September. He said that FNU will focus on consolidating the foundation for the cooperation between the two universities, actively integrate superior resources, deepen and expand the fields of cooperation and exchange, and strengthen the achievements in collaborative education to further promote the cooperative partnership between them.
Adriana De Manes said Accademia di Belle Arti di Napoli and FNU have conducted in-depth cooperation and interactive exchanges since the conclusion of the friendly and cooperative partnership and have been well prepared for the arrival of the first batch of master students of fine arts through the China-Italy collaborative education program. She hoped that the two schools will continue to maintain effective communication and close cooperation through the program, and solidly promote the sound development of the collaborative education program in graduate study.
At the meeting, both sides had in-depth discussions on issues like expanding the cooperation and exchange between the two schools, improving the quality of the collaborative education, strengthening its management, innovating the modes of cooperation and exchange, and enhancing the interaction between teachers and students. Adriana De Manes and her delegation also visited the school history archive and the art gallery of FNU.
