From May 21 to 23, sponsored by the China Association of Higher Education (CAHE) and the China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (CHESICC), the exhibition, with the theme of Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the CPC: Innovation and Entrepreneurship Achievements Exhibition of National Colleges and Universities, was held at Hongdao International Convention and Exhibition Center in Qingdao City. As one of the 100 universities with typical experience in innovation and entrepreneurship across the country, FNU was invited to participate in the exhibition.
A total of 245 universities and 206 outstanding college students entrepreneurial projects participated in the exhibition, which intensively displayed the special achievements in the innovation and entrepreneurship work in promoting the integration of science and education, and of industry and education, and the cooperation between school and enterprise, school and industry, and school and locality. The project “Good Harvest in Capitulum mitella: Artificial Breeding Pioneers of Capitulum mitella”, which won the silver award of the sixth China College Students’ ‘Internet+’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, participated in the exhibition as a representative of outstanding college students entrepreneurial projects and received wide attention.
The exhibition, one of the important parts of the 56th China Higher Education Expo, aimed to comprehensively display the innovation and entrepreneurship achievements of national colleges and universities and outstanding entrepreneurial projects of college students during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and further promote innovation and entrepreneurship of colleges and universities in the new era to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC.
