专家简介：施建华，本科毕业于福建师范大学数学教育专业、硕士毕业于福州大学概率论与数理统计专业、博士毕业于上海财经大学统计学专业。现任职于闽南师范大学统计系副教授，担任系主任；国际数理统计学会（IMS-China）会员，中国现场统计研究会资源与环境统计分会理事，福建省统计学会理事。已在“SCIENCE CHINA Mathematics”、“Statistics & Probability Letters”等刊物发表多篇论文。先后主持和参与多项国家自然科学基金和福建省自然科学基金面上项目
报告摘要：The incomplete data considered in the paper is length-biased and right-censored, which is common in the practical application, especially in prevalent cohort fields. A non-parametric quantile estimator combining with the information of the data is proposed for estimating quantile function. Correspondingly, some large number properties for the quantile estimator are established, and some simulation are conducted to illustrating the advantage property of the proposed estimator.
