专家简介：Prof. Dr. Xianhui Bu obtained his B.S. at FudanUniversity in China in 1985, and completed his Ph.D. in Chemistry/Chemical Crystallography at State University of New York at Buffalo (Prof. Philip Coppens) in 1991. Then, he joined Prof. Galen Stucky’ group at University of California, Santa Barbara as a Research Associate and Crystallographer (Jan. 1992-Aug. 2003). Since Aug. 2003, he joined Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at CaliforniaStateUniversity, Long Beach as an Assistant Professor. He has promoted to Associate Professor in 2009 and to Professor in 2014. He has written review articles for Nature Chemistry, Acc. Chem. Res., and Chem. Eur. J. and has published 235 peer-reviewed research papers (including 3 Nature, 3 Science, 1 Nature Chemistry, 1 Nature Communications, 1 Acc. Chem. Res., 51 J. Am. Chem. Soc., 26 Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.) with citations over 10000. He won several major awards including “National Science Foundation CAREER Award”, “Henry Dreyfus Teacher-Scholar Award” and “Distinguished Faculty Scholarly & Creative Achievement Award”.
