专家简介：林勇，中国人民大学数学系主任，福建师范大学本科，芬兰Jyvaskyla大学博士，美国哈佛大学博士后。研究方向是图上的几何与分析。主持国家自然科学基金5项，在J. Differential Geom., Comm. Math. Phys.、Calc. Var. PDE、J. Differential Equation、Math. Res. Lett.、Adv. in Math. 等国际知名刊物上发表论文30余篇。
报告摘要：We will talk about the compact solutions of some variational inequalities on graphs, and the existence of solutions to some nonlinear elliptic equations on graphs.These are series of works jointed with Horn, Grigoryan, Yang and Yau.
